Description: Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Highway and Street Lighting Term Service Contract across the County under the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC). The contract will provide routine, reactive, planned and emergency maintenance services for the highway network and street lighting assets. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to, carriageway and footway maintenance, drainage works, highway structures and associated assets, traffic management, winter maintenance support, street lighting maintenance, illuminated signs and bollards, electrical testing, energy management, column replacement, LED upgrades, emergency call-out services and other associated highway and lighting activities.
