Energy Performance Assessments Framework 2023-25
Notice Description
In accordance with The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) 2012 Regulations and Amendment 2018, the Vale of Glamorgan Council ("the Council") requires energy assessments and compliance certificates for residential properties within the Vale of Glamorgan area ("the Services").NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=131182.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. The Vale of Glamorgan Council has declared a Climate and Nature emergency and is committed to working with suppliers that contribute to our journey towards Net Zero Carbon.Tenders may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less fav-/ourably than a tender submitted in English.(WA Ref:131182)
