    "description": "The current providers of this service consider that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply to the contract. Bidders are advised to seek independent professional advice on the implications of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 for their company should they be awarded the contract. Bidders may make a submission for any number of Lots, each of which will be evaluated separately. Only one Tender is permitted from each Bidder for any one Lot. If a Bidder submits more than one Tender for the same Lot, the Tender with the latest time of submission will be evaluated and the other(s) disregarded.
