** THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY ** Carmarthenshire County Council (Lead Authority) on behalf of Ceredigion County Council, and Pembrokeshire County Council ('the Councils'), has appointed a supplier on a framework basis, for the supply of 7 Litre and 23 Litre plastic food waste caddy liners. to all three County Councils. As this is a framework arrangement, the total value of spend cannot be guaranteed and is an anticipated value only.

Carmarthenshire County Council (Lead Authority) on behalf of Ceredigion County Council, and Pembrokeshire County Council ('the Councils'), has appointed a supplier on a framework basis, for the supply of 7 Litre and 23 Litre plastic food waste caddy liners to all three County Councils.. Carmarthenshire County Council also undertook this procurement exercise on behalf of Ceredigion County Council and Pembrokeshire County Council. Renewal: The Framework Agreement will be for an initial 1-year period with an option to be extended for a further period of up to 3 years in annual 12-month periods, until the agreement is no longer fit for purpose and subject to available budget, satisfactory performance, and agreement by all parties.
