The Council's aim is to award an individual contract for each lot. Lots for the Tender are as follows; - Lot 1 - North - Lot 2 - South Tenderers are able to submit a Tender for either Lot or both Lots. If bidding for both Lots Tenderers must have the capacity to undertake both Contracts simultaneously if successful in both Lots and must provide evidence of this in their Tender Response. Tenderers should note that each Lot will be evaluated and awarded separately. -

Are Constructionline Silver registered (or equivalent), with work categories relevant to the subject matter of the contract.
