South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework
Notice Description
Construction of 5 distinct buildings comprising a wet sports facility, dry sports facility and health building - all fully constructed with a level of fixed FF&E. Fit out of the educational facilities within Building BB ground floor are outlined within the Works Information. The remaining education facilities and business incubation blocks will be constructed to shell & core without any form of fixtures, fittings or equipment other than minimal allowances and requirements to permit occupancy. All spaces will be linked with a tempered 'street' space, external works and landscaping.Window Blinds package value circa GBP27,000NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=133603. BYUK have secured the contract for these works and have commenced works on site. If you are interesting in submitting a tender for this works package, please make contact.
