Notice Description

To appoint a Review Lead who will conduct a sensitive, system-informed review of roles and responsibilities of education partners and school improvement arrangements in Wales. The individual must have the relevant skill, experience and subject matter expertise to meet the requirements and must be able to commit allocated time for the Review as agreed, based on 2-3 days a week (and within an overall budget limit). The Independent Review Lead will deliver the published Terms of Reference for the Review. Undertaking the review successfully will require wide-ranging engagement with partner organisations and schools, detailed understanding of ways of working and effective practice elsewhere, and making effective connections to facilitate credible, informed and strategic insights.
