"eligibilityCriteria": "Some of the minimum standards and qualifications required include:- The successful service provider will be required to be a qualified clinical professional under BACP (or equivalent) standards of practice; and- Counsellors must hold a counselling qualification to diploma level or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years supervised counselling practice, and they must have evidence of continual professional development; and- The successful service provider must be able to hold counselling sessions and provide the contact service through the medium of fluent Welsh and English; and- The successful service provider's staff must be appropriately certified by the disclosure and barring service (DBS).Please see tender documents and conditions on eTenderWales for full standards/qualifications required.",
