Notice Title

Audience Development

Notice Description

We're looking for an experienced audience development specialist to work with our small team to both research our current and potential audience and develop our strategy for growing and sustaining engagement in our work. The plan will provide the organisation with clear and achievable targets and outcomes for engaging, developing, and evaluating ongoing relationships with the specified audiences. It's important that the resulting plan is ambitious but achievable for a small organisation, with practical steps and processes for delivery. We have historical data in place, but part of this brief will be to collect more information particularly on potential audiences; to include the demographics of the area (audience spectrum, ethnicity, disability/health and socio-economic).Through our previous evaluations we have already identified some groups who we would like to engage with more often: young people, families from low socio-economic backgrounds and older people. We would like to undertake a creative workshop with each of these groups as part of the research- asking them what they would like to see in the centre, and how they would like to assess it, as part of the process for collecting their thoughts/opinions.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=134799.
