Cardiff & Vale University Health Board (C&VUHB) is working to address health inequalities and dental access issues within its boundaries. It has therefore re-commissioned to a New NHS General Dental Service (GDS). This is for patients residing within Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan following the reduction of two existing NHS contract in the South & East locality.The recurrent new GDS practice contract has been offered under the terms of The National Health Service (General Dental Services Agreements) (Wales) Regulations 2006.
