Notice Description
Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) wishes to award the Contract for Clerk of Works Services for the Caerau Energy Efficiency Scheme.Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) seek to appoint the provision of a Clerk of Works / site inspection service to oversee the technical aspects of a replacement wall insulation scheme to c. 100 properties in Caerau, Maesteg, Bridgend. This project relates only to the retrofit of older properties (built around mid-1800's), for the removal of current wall insulation, the rectification of associated works, the re-installation of wall insulation and ancillary works (such as roofline extensions, plinth details, etc.).See Appendix 1 - Specification of Requirements and Tender documents in the "Attachments" area of the tender.Terms and Conditions: BCBC Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Services.See Tender Documents.
