Notice Description

The Council is procuring for the provision of a general advocacy service for adults in Gwynedd and Anglesey.Part A of the contract is for the provision of a General Advocacy Service for all adults, including people with dementia, older people, parents of children in receipt of services, people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, people with learning disabilities, carers and people with mental health issues; this is not an exhaustive list of eligible adults that receive care and/or support services in Gwynedd and Anglesey.Part B is for the provision of IMCA support when providing a DoLS assessment.The Council propose to enter into one Contract that shall cover a period from 1st April 2024 to 31st 2028 March with an option to extend for 2 years in Gwynedd and Anglesey, subject to the Council being able and willing to provide funding and the successful Tenderer (Provider) meeting the requirements of the Contract.
