Prudent Repair and Maintenance Strategy for CCBC Industrial Premises Portfolio
Notice Description
The Estates & Asset Management section of Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) is looking to identify and prioritise both current and future expenditure relating to the repair and maintenance of the industrial premises within its property portfolio.The Council wishes to instruct a suitable and experienced consultant to act on its behalf in undertaking condition surveys of the portfolio and identifying projected expenditure to assist in formulating a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Strategy for the industrial portfolio based on the information gathered and advice given.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=139074.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
