Refurbishment of:* C Block to create the Science and Engineering Quarter, to provide spaces for taught programmes in modern engineering courses. The spaces are a refurbishment of a listed building including floors, walls, ceilings, mechanical and electrical services. Some structures are to be removed and the contractor is to employ a suitably qualified structural engineer to design these elements.* Staff hub - to fit out the ground floor to provide working and collaboration spaces for staff working in the mezzanine levelNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=139633.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
