The recommissioning for Domiciliary Care and Support in North Wales will be under the following Lots: Lot 1: Standard domiciliary care for adults 18+ Lot 2: Complex domiciliary care for adults 18+ Lot 3: Standard domiciliary care for children and young people under 18 Lot 4: Complex domiciliary care for children and young people under 18 Lot 5: Respite care (formerly known as 'sitting services') for adults 18+ Lot 6: Respite care (formerly known as 'sitting services') for children and young people under 18

The current North Wales Domiciliary Care Framework Agreement expires on 31st March 2025. The six Local Authorities and Health Board in North Wales are recommissioning domiciliary care under the North Wales Domiciliary Care Framework Agreement, with a view to achieving / continuing to develop outcomes-focussed domiciliary care and support across the region. The recommissioned framework will be for domiciliary care for adults and children / young people with a wide variety of needs and circumstances. The recommissioned framework will be open to existing providers and new providers. The commissioners will be holding an online 'Meet the Buyer' event on Friday 5th April 2024 (2:00PM to 4:00PM) to inform providers of domiciliary care of the Invitation to Tender process that the commissioners will follow for this recommissioning exercise. Please register your interest in attending the 'Meet the Buyer' event by emailing: northwalescollaborative@denbighshire.gov.uk Invitations to the online 'Meet the Buyer' event will then be issued to you nearer to the date of the event.
