Feasibility Study: Development of Adult Care Home
Notice Description
Wrexham Council are exploring opportunities for the future transformation of care and support services offered by the Council. We are inviting expression of interest for undertaking a feasibility study aimed at assessing the viability and potential development of a Local Authority Owned adult care home facility in Wrexham.This final report will need to present recommendations and a cost/benefit analysis of each.Scope of Work* Evidence and evaluate the current regulatory requirements and impact of these on establishing a new adult care home.* Advise on the requirements of the proposed facility including size, types of support to be made available.* Evidence of innovative approaches that could be considered, through research and review of other similar schemes around the UK* Complete a comprehensive cost benefit analysis of recommendations.* Final report presenting recommendations based on the findings of the study.TimelineThis work is expected take no longer than three months from commencement of the contract award.ContactFor enquiries please contact sian.milwicz@wrexham.gov.ukNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=139722.
