BCU-ITT-55630 - Provision of C-Card Scheme in North Wales for ages 13-25
Notice Description
The provision of a C-Card scheme for young people in North Wales from 13 years of age and up to their 25th birthday. The c-card scheme provider will: Review the location, performance, pathways and training of current c-card centre provision Work with the commissioner to identify gaps in c-card centre provision and engage with potential new centres Ensure that all c-card centres are young person friendly Develop pathways, if absent, from c-card centres to other appropriate services Train the c-card centre staff Publicise the c-card scheme to eligible young people, and potential new c-card centres. Undertake regular performance monitoringBetsi Cadwaladr Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration. Those involved in translating the document will be barred from taking decisions on awarding tenders.Full details outlining the scope of the works are contained within the eTender Wales Invitation to Tender.The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 60% quality and 40% cost as detailed in the ITT document.Please note that the tender closing date is 13/03/2024 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.The etenderwales bravosolution ref: project_55630 and itt_108838.
