Service Users will often have histories of entrenched difficulties with interrelated health and support needs which significantly impact their life and ability to function in society. Alternative supported accommodation options and other service offers are often incapable of supporting individuals with these overlapping needs. Additionally, many service users accessing Housing First may have previously experienced disruption and instability as a result of the break-down of other accommodation and support arrangements.",
