Dyma alwad am Ddatganiadau o Ddiddordeb ar gyfer cyfle i ddatblygu darpariaeth ynni gwynt ar ystad CNC o fewn y ffin goch a ddangosir yn Ffigur 1a. Byddai'r cyfle datblygu hwn yn golygu ymrwymo i brydles ar gyfer defnyddio'r safle, gan gynnwys hawl mynediad ar gyfer adeiladu, cynnal a chadw, a datgomisiynu. Byddai'r brydles yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i'r datblygwr dalu rhent y farchnad am ddefnyddio'r safle yn seiliedig ar y refeniw gros a gynhyrchir gan y cynllun.This is a call for Expressions of Interest for an opportunity to develop a wind energy proposal on the NRW estate within the red line boundary shown in Figure 1a. The development opportunity would involve entering into a lease for use of the site, including a right of access for construction, maintenance and decommissioning.
