Mid Wales Growth Deal - Sites & Premises Programme Market Engagement
Notice Description
The Mid Wales Growth Deal Sites and Premises Programme is publishing a survey aimed at businesses across the region, to better understand their future growth plans and need for commercial premises. The survey aims to identify the need for Growth Deal intervention in the local commercial sites and property market. Responses to the survey will enable us to consider a variety of options, such as setting up a new capital grant fund, that could help businesses achieve their development goals. The Sites and Premises Programme wants to support the delivery of modern, energy-efficient premises that allow businesses to scale up and invest locally for the good of the region. By completing the survey, businesses will help us identify the most appropriate interventions to make in this area going forward. The survey will remain open until the 5th of July 2024 and all businesses are encouraged to participate. Whether you're a small startup or a large organisation, your input matters. To participate please visit: https://bit.ly/SupportingEnterpriseSurveyPlease also find the Website Article below:https://www.growingmidwales.co.uk/article/16460/Do-you-need-support-to-expand-commercial-premises
