Notice Description
To undertake the feasibility and development services for future capital projects. There are two elements to this project which are divided into two separate lots for tendering purposes. Lot 1 relates to the clubhouse viewing area and Lot 2 relates to the rugby club site (i.e. overflow car parking and 2nd team rugby pitch)NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143014.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
