Notice Description

NCC Adult Social Services has entered into a collaboration with First Choice Housing Association (FCHA) to develop supported living accommodation at 5 Stow Park Circle for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in Newport through funding from Housing Capital Fund (HCF). FCHA is currently undertaking a program of work to prepare the property for occupation by the residents in November 2024. This tender is for the provision of a supported living service to enable tenants become independent and engage in the local community. More details with regards to this service can be found in the specification which can be accessed via ITT_112172 issued on etenderwales.. There is an option to extend the contract by 3 years on an annual basis and the value of GBP5,000.000.00 exclusive of Vat is the 10 year value.
