Notice Description

Conwy County Borough Council [CCBC] require a Structural Engineer to undertake duties including design of building foundations, storm and foul drainage systems, external landscape base and sub base. Co-ordination with Architectural and Building Services Designs. Supervision of SIP frame structural design [SIP frame design by others]. The incorporation of structural base connections into substructure design. Integration of the new design into existing buildings, landscape and infrastructure.Undertake Drainage Engineer services including inspection of existing and design an integrated drainage system for surface and foul water. Undertake a SuDs design and submit the design through the SAB process. Including inspection, surveying, site investigations and testing to integrate new design with sustainable solutions.The Structural Engineer and Drainage Engineer will identify, procure and undertake surveys to help inform the design process.CCBC will gather information from the Structural Engineer and produce tender documentation or submit Full Planning applications.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=143590.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
