Bridgend County Borough Council wishes to Award this service which will assist service users who reside within Bridgend County Borough who are in poverty or at risk of poverty due to any number of reasons, which may include:* Debt problems* Financial difficulty* Unemployment (claiming benefits, including Universal Credit (UC))* Inability to budget or manage finances effectively* Those experiencing 'in work poverty'* Those requiring information and support to undertake employment better off calculations.
