The six Local Authorities and Health Board in North Wales are recommissioning domiciliary care under the North Wales Domiciliary Care Agreement, with a view to achieving / continuing to develop outcomes-focussed care and support across the region. This domiciliary care will be for adults and children / young people with a wide variety of needs and circumstances.
