An independent facilitator and Chair of the Powys Nature Partnership is sought for the period from 20 September 2024 - 24 March 2025.In summary, the contract is to:1) Act as independent Partnership Chair, to fill a short term gap in resource and recommend the 'job description' for a Chair that best suits the needs of the Partnership after the end of the contract.2) Support the Partnership in prioritising actions in the Powys Nature Recovery Action Plan, so that short and medium-term delivery plans can be developed. Identify and develop projects to deliver against these actions with the most appropriate partners for delivery, looking at the likely resource needed to support the work.3) Carry out a review of the Partnership's structure and recommend a way forward that is resourced and realistic, so that the Steering Group, a core group and wider interested parties can work together effectively around nature recovery.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SPECIFICATION FOR FULL DETAILS
