In pursuance of its obligations, CWM Environmental intends to award the supply of Services/Goods through a competitive tender.The contractor will supply Ultra-Low-Sulphur Diesel (ULSD) fuel for on-road vehicles via a card at the pump solution and bulk tank to the Delivery Sites across four sites.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146581. (WA Ref:146581)Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority's economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:As a publicly funded organisation, Cwm Environmental Ltd. must make the best use of its assets and finances for the taxpayer and the wider community.Community Benefits delivered through public sector procurement are aligned with the Well Being of Future Generations Act and deliver against its goals.It is mainly focussed on delivering:A Prosperous Wales - to increase employment, support skills development, and grow SMEs to positively impact the Welsh economy.A Healthier Wales - to create and safeguard employment opportunities that help people enter or remain in work.A more equal Wales by working to provide employment and training opportunities, as well as education and community support across all areas of Wales and all socio-economic levels.More Information can be found at:https://gov.wales/procurement-community-benefits-policyhttps://www.futuregenerations.wales/about-us/future-generations-act/Please detail how successfully contracting with CWM Environmental, the Tenderer, will contribute to the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 priorities.
