Gwynedd Council is inviting tenders for the provision of mechanical and electrical construction Services for a new 56 bed residential and nursing home building on the site of Penrhos, Pwllheli, Gwynedd to provide a building fit for purpose for housing and caring for adults over 55 with care and / or nursing needs.
