Contract Summary
As part of preparing a new Local Development Plan for the Gwynedd Local Planning Area (i.e. the parts of Gwynedd outside Eryri National Park) Planning Policy Wales expects that the latest Welsh Government local authority level Household Projections to form a fundamental part of the evidence base. The 2021 Census gave a significant lower number of Households within the Gwynedd as compard to the 2018-based Welsh Government Household Projections.The Council therefore seek to commission work for alternative trend scenarios based on Census fgures, as updated by the latest mid-year household estimates, for the principal and variant projections as well as for past build rate, migration and an employment-led scenario.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=149893.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
