Newport City Council (NCC) is carrying out an Under threshold open tender process to install automatic roller high-speed shutter doors to support the ANPR systems already being installed at both Kingsway and Park Square Multi Stoey Car Parks along with:* Supports medium to long term staffing arrangements, enforcement, and monitoring of sites. May lead to a reduction of agency staff costs.* Efficiency savings.* Future Proofing.* Increased Revenue Generation - Option to go to 24hr parking.* Significant reduction in anti-social behaviour and inappropriate use of the car parks, as access will be fully controlled.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
