Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn gwahodd cynigion gan ymgynghorwyr pensaerniol cymwys ac a phrofiad i gynnal astudiaeth dichonoldeb ar gyfer datblygiad preswyl ar dir yn Nhanygrisiau, Gwynedd, LL41 3SL. Bydd yr astudiaeth yn asesu hyfywedd uchafswm o 30 o unedau tai cymysg, gan gynnwys tai cymdeithasol a byngalos a chyfyngiad oedran, fel rhan o Brosiect Ty Gwynedd.Cyngor Gwynedd invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced architectural consultants to undertake a feasibility study for a residential development on land at Tanygrisiau, Gwynedd, LL41 3SL. The study will assess the viability of a maximum of 30 mixed housing units, including social housing and age-restricted bungalows, as part of the Ty Gwynedd Project.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
