Procurement of a Hydrogen Storage Tank (>=100 kg capacity)
Notice Description
Hyppo Hydrogen Solutions Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a hydrogen storage system with a minimum storage capacity of 100 kg at Bay Studios, Swansea.The tank will be used for green hydrogen storage to support local energy systems, hydrogen mobility, and R&D activities. The solution must be fully compliant with UK and EU pressure vessel and hydrogen safety standards, and integrated with on-site hydrogen production (175 kW electrolyser) and dispensing infrastructure.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155913.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. Budget and Funding* Budget is capped at approximately PS75,000 offers over the threshold will be considered* Value for money, safety, and technical compliance will be central to evaluation.Evaluation CriteriaTenders will be assessed on the following weighted criteria:* Technical Specification & Compliance - 30%* Cost Effectiveness / Value for Money - 40%* Experience & Track Record - 15%* Delivery Timescales - 10%* Sustainability / Added Value - 5%Supplier InstructionsInterested suppliers must submit a tender response including:1. Proposed storage system design, specification, and technical drawings.2. Certification of compliance with UK/EU hydrogen storage standards.3. Detailed cost breakdown (equipment, installation, commissioning).4. Delivery and installation schedule.5. Warranties, guarantees, and expected system lifespan.6.
