The specification required is outlined below.Specification Requirements* Machine Name: Bulk Dosing Hopper* Material Handling Type: Dual Screw Auger* Screw Diameter: 600.00 mm* Screw Material: Stainless Steel* Main Drive Power: 15 kW* Agitator Power: 7.5 kW* Storage Capacity: Minimum 10 cubic metresKey Requirements* Must be robust and suitable for bulk material handling in an industrial environment.* Stainless steel construction for both screw and frame to ensure corrosion resistance and durability.* Agitator must support consistent material flow and avoid clogging or bridging.* The unit must comply with relevant UK/EU safety and CE/UKCA marking standards.OptionalPlease indicate in your response:* Lead time from order to delivery* Installation and commissioning (if available)* Warranty period and aftersales support* Photos or technical drawings if available* Any deviations from the specificationNOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=158519.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. As part of the evaluation, suppliers may be asked to demonstrate how environmental considerations have been incorporated into their proposal, including responsible sourcing of materials, reduced waste and packaging, energy efficiency where applicable, and any relevant environmental certifications such as ISO 14001 or equivalent.In line with the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011, Natural UK supports the use of the Welsh language. Welsh language capability is not mandatory, however the ability to provide documentation, labelling, operational manuals or customer support in Welsh (where feasible and proportionate) will be considered a positive added value.(WA Ref:158519)
