Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) proposes to commission the service of a Primary Care Vasectomy Service for SBU Health Board residents. The specialised service will be predominantly delivered in primary care settings in order to meet the needs of its local population. The main aims of the service are to offer: * Comprehensive holistic patient focussed care package, including pre and post-operative care, information, advice and counselling * To provide an opportunity for men's health promotion * To provide services that comply with accepted best practice, relevant accreditation processes, relevant clinical guidelines (both local and national) and robust governance arrangements * To provide a high quality, cost effective, local vasectomy service based in the community

Renewal: Initial contract term is 3Years with option to extend for a further 1+1Year
