Ymgynghorydd EcolegolFe'ch gwahoddir i dendro am ddarparu Gwasanaethau ar gyfer y Prosiect isod sef Ysgol Uwchradd yn Ninas Bangor yng Ngwynedd, Gogledd Cymru.Mae'r prosiect yn cynnwys dylunio ac adeiladu adeiladau ysgol newydd i gymryd lle cyfleusterau presennol nad ydynt yn cael eu hystyried yn addas ar gyfer darparu addysg yn yr 21ain Ganrif.Mae'r rhain yn cynnwys, ond heb fod yn gyfyngedig i, estyniad i'r neuadd chwaraeon ynghyd a chyfleusterau newid a gwath allanol.Safon i BREEAM "Very Good"Ystafelloedd dosbarth technoleg newydd, adleoli'r ffreutur, a darparu ystafelloedd dosbarth eraill (heb eu nodi eto).Bydd y gwaith yn cynnwys dymchwel rhan o'r estyniadau diweddarach i'r Ysgol wreiddiol a blociau cyfagos o'r 1980au. Efallai y bydd y prosiect yn gofyn am ddylunio ac adeiladu cyfleusterau ysgol dros dro i gynnal yr holl wasanaethau ar y safle yn ystod y broses adeiladu.Ecological ConsultantYou are invited to tender for the provision of Ecological Services for the Project below which is a Secondary School in the City of Bangor in Gwynedd North Wales.The project involves the design and construction of a new school buildings to replace existing facilities which are not deemed suitable for providing education in the 21C.The BREEAM standard required is " Very Good"These include but are not limited to an extension of sports hall together with changing facilities.New technology classrooms, relocation of the refectory, and the provision of other classrooms (yet to be identified).The works will involve the part demolition of the later extensions to the original School and adjacent 1980's blocks.The project may require the design and construction of temporary school facilities to maintain all services on site during the construction process.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
