Notice Description

The UK Government's Sentencing Act became law on 22 January 2026. Welsh Government wants to commission a research programme to understand the current demand and cost for devolved services that support justice-related functions in Wales, and to estimate the impact of the Sentencing Act on these demands and costs once the Act comes into effect.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
