The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (PCNPA) is preparing a replacement Local Development Plan 3 (LDP 3). The Authority seeks to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to prepare a viability assessment to support the housing policies in LDP 3, focussing on the financial viability of affordable housing and other section 106 obligations on residential development sites.The viability evidence should be presented in a Report of Financial Viability to inform the affordable housing policy formulation and key site allocation deliverability and must be suitable for submission as an LDP evidence base document for independent examination.Mae Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro (APCAP) wrthi'n paratoi Cynllun Datblygu Lleol 3 newydd (CDLl 3).
