Notice Description
This contract is for the supply of air quality monitoring & reporting within a set geographical area & specific sites within the Perth & Kinross Council area. The contract was let in September 2015 for 3 years. The Council is exercising its option to extend the contract for a further 12 months from 01 September 2018.

Options: The Council's capacity to award under the contract will continue to be dependent on funding being made available by the Scottish Government and availability of funding from PKC. Awards during the extension period will continue to be based on Sections 1 - 5 of the Specification of Requirements but PKC reserves the right to exercise section 2 of the Condition of Contract for the Provision of Services in order to vary the Services required.
