SPT as a contracting authority is purchasing transport related service contracts including but not limited to schools, vocational and assisted special needs requirements on behalf of the following contracting authorities: Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Dunbartonshire, West Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire, Renfrewshire, East Ayrshire, North Ayrshire, South Ayrshire, Argyll & Bute and Inverclyde There may be cross boundary requirements or possible requirements outwith these defined areas. The contract specifications may detail the requirements as a full transport service, vehicles and/or driver/attendants or other authorized persons. SPT acts as an agent and will not be party to any contract which may be formed between any authority and supplier.
