Our Council intends to set up a Framework Agreement for Care at Home & Housing Support (Specialist) (Adults) Services & Care At Home (Non-Specialist) (Older Peoples) Services. The estimated value of the contract over 4 years is approximately GBP 90M across the service areas. This is an indicative value only and no guarantee is given with regard to the Council's overall uptake of any resulting contract. The Framework Agreement will be for two years from 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2018 (or other mutually agreed dates) with the option to extend for two further periods of twelve months each. Appropriate registration with the Care Inspectorate is an essential requirement for Providers to be included in the Framework Agreement.
