Midlothian Council seeks to establish a Framework Agreement with a number of economic operators for the Supply of Bituminous and Non-Bituminous Road Surfacing Materials as required by its Commercial Operations - Roads team. It is anticipated that three Suppliers will be appointed per each Lot detailed in this notice.
