The service required is the provision of accurate information, in relation to compulsory purchase activity and in a variety of other contexts, on legal rights of ownership and other interests in land. The Supplier will provide information, based on land searches and following legal analysis of those searches where necessary, to support the production of compulsory purchase orders and the promotion of infrastructure schemes and management of Transport Scotland's land interests more generally
