Lot 1 - In Hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (excluding statutory holidays) Lot 2 - Out of Hours Monday - Friday 18:00 - 08:00 and 24/7 at weekends and statutory holidays Lot 3 - In Hours and Out of Hours In Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (excluding statutory holidays) Out of Hours: Monday - Friday 18:00 - 08:00 and 24/7 at weekends and statutory holidays The Contract Period shall be 1 September 2016 to 31 August 2019 with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
