The Scottish Government Innovation, Investment & Industries Division have a need to procure a Trade Body for the delivery of Trade Body Services to the SME Holding Fund. The SME Holding Fund is funded by the European Regional Development Fund as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural Funds Programme for Scotland . The service will not be divided into lots as it is not suitable for this requirement.. Economic operators may be excluded from the competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
