Bidders who are interested in submitting a response for one of the specialisms can do so by locating the relevant PCS/OJEU contract notice which contains 'WES External Experts' in the description. In order to participate in the tender bidders should register, for free, on the Public Contracts Scotland PCS) website (www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk), record their interest in this contract and download and complete all relevant documentation. This free process also gives suppliers access to an on line Question & Answer facility which allows queries to be submitted (anonymously), and answers published and shared with all potential bidders. Tenders must be submitted via the PCS Postbox and be received by the date and time indicated with all questions answered. Hard copy responses will not be accepted, other than for return of the signed Confidentiality and Non Disclosure Undertaking. The Value detailed in II.1.5 is an estimate only and will be dependent on the number of individuals appointed. Dates and other information contained in this notice are communicated as being indicative only and may be subject to change. WES will not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in or tendering for this contract.
