Notice Description

Scottish Canals are looking for a contractor to deliver a range of services in relation to property maintenance and repair. The contract will deliver the mandatory legal requirements in terms of monitoring and testing of a number of commercial and residential properties across Scotland. As well as this, there will be a number of repairs and maintenance tasks in line with a reactive maintenance programme. The contract may be divided into lots in line with the geographic activities of Scottish Canals i.e Lowlands, Highlands and Crinan Canal areas. In the event that it is divided into lots, suppliers will be able to bid for one or more lots. The contract is likely to be awarded as a three year contract with an optional two years as an extension period.
