Notice Description
To deliver a comprehensive and thorough Inspection, Service, Maintenance and Repair Service of all items of Community Equipment for clients located throughout Ayrshire. Equipment will normally be in domestic or alternative designated environments such as Care Homes where care provision can take place. Additionally there may be an occasional requirement to service / repair equipment outwith the boundary of Ayrshire. To provide a repairs service on a call-out basis, including provision of an "out of hours" service.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Tenderer's may be required to submit and detail their Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policy detailing arrangements to ensure Business Continuity and to enable Disaster Recovery, including the scope, validation, risk treatment and leadership in these areas. Tenderer's policy should also demonstrate that their organisation keeps copies of documentation setting out Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Procedures. Documentation should include arrangements for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery throughout your organisation. This should set out how your organisation will carry out its policy with a clear indication of how the arrangements are communicated throughout your workforce. Subcontractor Detail Tenderers may be required to provide details of the subcontractors they intend to use in their supply chain. Tenderers are required to complete this section as part of the ESPD.
