Aberdeen City Council were looking to introduce branded uniforms for staff in line with the council's corporate identity. In order to assess the feasibility of this project, we conducted a soft market test and asked suppliers to support us in the market research. This request in no way constituted an invitation to tender and did not guarantee that the project will go ahead. Responding to this request did not guarantee or prevent success at any potential future tender should one take place.
