Please do not respond to this notice.The requirement for a Dark Fibre infrastructure within Stirling has been identified as part of the Stirling City Development Framework. This project supports the Framework and in particular the Digital District project which aims to create world class digital connectivity to allow businesses and residents to flourish.Details can be found at:http://my.stirling.gov.uk/services/council-and-government/politicians-elections-and-democracy/consultation/current-consultations/city-deal-masterplanProvision of a high speed dark fibre network in the City of Stirling capable of providing speeds of up to 10Gb using fibre to the premise connectivity.The infrastructure will provide high speed connectivity to Council premises within the City as well as supporting businesses, encouraging and enabling inward investment and future economic development.It is estimated that the value of this commission will be between 2million GBP and 3million GBP exclusive of VAT over a period of 7 years, including optional extensions.
