Operations spread across rural and urban locations; - Construction of upstream flood storage area using embankments and flow controls to retain flood water above natural ground level - Construction of second upstream flood storage area - Construction of third flood storage area (embankment only) - Works within Arbroath town involve replacement, reconstruction, raising or refurbishment of channel walls in a number of locations to increase channel flow capacity.
